  • usměvavý a ochotný personál, možnost snídaně

  • čistota v pokoji - za postelí se neluxovalo min. půl roku - nánosy prachu (koukla jsem sem náhodou, zalétl sem komár, byla jsem překvapena), celková zanedbanost, např. v kuchyňce - dvouplotýnkový vařič buďto ´stoletý´ nebo špinavý, nevím, nádobí umyto hodně zběžně, dřez také, těsnění mezi linkou a zdí zkroucené a rozlepené, asi to nikoho nezajímá, baterie ve dřezu uvolněná a voda z ní neteče ale cákne, asi dlouho neodkameněná, z ledničky to mírně čpí i když není viditelně špinavá, dvířka od linky uvolněná a stále se otevírají ... atd., kolegyně spolubydlící dostala špinavý ručník anebo mizerně vypraný, s viditelným hnědým flekem. Toto vše na čtyřlůžkovém apartmánu č. 6. Kolegové na pokoji č. 3 měli přetopeno a topení se nedalo zregulovat, nebylo jak a čím, měli přes noc velmi teplo.
